I got my cat “spayed” here a month or two back and she is now exhibiting signs of being in heat im concerned she has something called Ovarian remnant syndrome which means all parts weren’t removed during spay, which is disappointing since i paid nearly 200 dollars and they had my cat all day that they couldn’t manage to fully treat her during that time.-Edit they fixed the issue and the vet is so sweet and i’m sure she treated my cat very well this second time around

Very friendly from the front desk to the exam rooms. They simply changed our dog’s diet to help her digestive system. We have never felt pressured for any unnecessary procedures. I feel like they really have our dog’s best interest at heart

This kennel may neglect dogs over the weekend. We sent our 8-year old Labrador to this kennel for a week while we renovated our kitchen. Although we were less than 3 miles away, we were not called when our dog became severely ill over the weekend. By the time we were notified on Monday, our dog needed critical care. He had lost 9 lbs, had mouth ulcers from excessive vomiting, and was very weak. When I asked the Lansing staff what happened, I was told a vet was not available on Saturday or Sunday, and they were having communications issues with their kennel staff. After 5 days in the Mission

Super hard to get an appointment just like all veterinary offices these days BUT the vet is super friendly and worth trying to get an appointment with. The vet techs are always so nice to my babies and the vet treats them like they are her own. Book at least a month in advance if know your dog needs routine check ups or care. The vet office uses an online pharmacy so that definitely helps with time if you need to refill that doesn't require you to physically go in.

I wish I had read the reviews, but I picked this vet because they are close to my home. The vet we saw had the personality of a potato. I'm a first time dog owner and she acted as though she couldn't be bothered with my questions. She examined him and her evaluation was, "He looks good." I want to do the best for my dog with care, diet, etc., but no one seemed to care. I found a holistic vet in KCK which I think will serve us better.

My old dog had visited this clinic for several years. I called one day because my dog was having trouble breathing and not able to walk. They told me they could not get my dog seen for 3 weeks! They are rude and lack compassion. She would have been dead by then. We went to Blue Pearl and their staff and service is amazing. Unfortunately, that dog passed away. My new dog has also been to landing vet clinic and if it’s not rude staff, it’s them throwing unnecessary meds at you for your dog which cost $50 for a few drops of a steroid which wasn’t what was needed. I have recently moved and cannot

If i could give zero stars i would. MANY occasions I have called for urgent care, to which they carelessly referred to blue pearl. There is zero level of compassion for pet owners whatsoever. Every time we board our dogs we tell them to not leave collars/harnesses on the dogs because they destroy them....and we end up with them doing it anyways. One of my dogs became diabetic a year ago. Dr. Bruner negligently prescribed him a very, very low dose of insulin for his weight. He rapidly started declining, started having frequent UTI's and developed cataracts and now is blind. Even after taking

Dr. Bruner is fantastic! After helping us grieve the loss of our 15.5 year old boxer, she gave our 13 yo boxer a new lease on life by getting rid of intrusive masses. My sweet Frazier is now slim with a titled brim! Thank you to Dr. B, Kim, and the rest of the staff for loving my dog almost as much as I do!

I love this hospital! They have been so good to my cat, Aiko, and are knowledgeable and helpful. They always make time for my pets and are doing a great job during Covid coming out to get my cat and then speaking to me on the phone and taking payment by phone. If you're looking for aVet, this is the place to go!

I made and appointment for 11am for my dog. When I got there they told me my appointment was for 10:40 and that they would check if the dr would see my dog. Then acted as if they were doing me a favor by seeing me. The doctor was rude and short. They just stared while I struggled to get my 120 lb dog on their scale and then once in the exam room had me get my dog onto a platform that is about 6 inches off the ground so he could be raised 4 ft in the air to have an infected wound on his paw looked at. She confirmed there was a wound and infection and just send me home with some drugs. Didn&apos

I recently boarded my dog at Lansing Vet Hospital for the 7th or 8th time in four and a half years. I gave them a bag of his belongings: a blanket, 3 plush toys, and a zip-lock bag full of treats that should've lasted 2 weeks even though his stay was only one week. The treats were in the bottom of another plastic bag with the other items on top. When I picked my dog up, I asked for the blanket and toys. They said no one remembers seeing them, but voluntarily told me that he ate ALL his treats (I hadn't even mentioned them). The treats couldn't have been found without pulling the

I want to thank Dr. Werner for being there during the last months of my dog's life. I had been going to another vet and all he was doing was taking UA's. Within a week at Lansing Vet Hosp in August, I found out that my dog had a bladder tumor. JoJo lived until two weeks ago. I stayed with her while she was put to sleep and spent time with her afterward. The team at this clinic is compassionate and caring. Thank you.

This weekend marked the second time my family has called Lansing Veterinary Hospital with a dying pet and has been treated like an inconvenience. I called and got only as far as a vet tech. I told her I wanted to speak to a vet, but she told me there was only the relief vet in. No kidding! When I call in, I don't want to speak to someone without a DVM degree. I understand vets ca't run to the phone but my vets in Lawrence always call me back. I was told we would have to bring our cat in. Our cat was grievously ill and has always been stressed by vet visits. When I asked if someone could

I love Dr. Werner and the staff at Lansing Veterinary! I have two yellow labs and the service they give there is fantastic. All the staff are people and pet friendly from time you walk in the door until you leave. Dr. Werner always takes plenty of time to listen to me and my concerns, and I don't feel rushed so she can get to the next client. My older lab blew out his ACL and was given a top notch surgery to repair his knee (at a reasonable price). Three years later he is still doing GREAT!!
