The process to get into Bridgepointe was swift and simple, taking only a week to do the background check! The staff are lovely, always there to help when you need it; when you contact them for maintenance, the crew comes over as soon as possible and are extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. The rent is definitely affordable (especially to a teen whom is getting adjusted to being away from family), and the laundry rooms are usually unoccupied except for the weekends. This is definitely a wonderful location to stay at, especially with Downtown Louisville only 15 minutes away! Meijers, Walgreen

I've lived here for a little over a year now. I just renewed my lease for a second year. I absolutely love my apartment which is a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. My neighbors are great also. I've never had any issues with anything here. It's been a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone. The ladies in the office are absolutely wonderful. They're very quick and efficient in getting things done. The maintenance men are also wonderful and always friendly as well as efficient. I love it here and will probably renew my lease again next year. I highly recommend!

I just moved in at the beginning of October, it has been wonderful so far. I especially have to shout out the maintenance team and the front office, very quick and efficient. Everyone I’ve spoke to so far have been so friendly. The process of moving in was so simple. This is my first apartment and they have made it the least stressful thing, I would absolutely recommend this property!! Especially the online website, so easy to put in a maintenance request, or even pay rent.
