Central air and heating ONLY works on the bottom floor of the townhouses. The upstairs rooms FREEZE in winter, and you aren't allowed to use ANY heating units. Summer time you can feel the drastic temperature change from the bottom to the top floor just by walking up the stairs, it's at least 20° hotter. You are only permitted to use any cooling units that need a window connection in the back room, not in the other rooms because "they look tacky."
Lawn care upkeep is poor, minor details with completing landscaping has left exposed plastic sheeting around door entrances for at least a year.

I went there like a month ago to see if they had available spaces, they're very respectfully, (something that isn't usual in Jeffersonville when you're looking for a place)
Apartments isn't that bad, not a luxury place but it looks pretty maintained
Place looks safe in comparison with the other ones close to the area.
Only reason why i don't move there is because the place that was available in that moment doesn't have W/D connections (other ones has it)
Townhouses are not big at all, downstairs looks more like a studio
