Ken Svanum has helped me purchased 3 investment properties and I am very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and skills. I live outside of the state and was not able to see the properties myself (except through pictures). Ken did go above and beyond to take extra pictures, go through the details with me, volunteered to do the walk-through inspection for me at closing. He also arranged for me to sign the closing documents with a local title company. Ken also helped me draft up a leasing document with a tenant. Out of the three properties I purchased, there are two that I still have not
