Beverly has inspected two properties for me. I called her a second time because her first inspection was so professional and thorough. She discovered problems that were potentially so serious that I cancelled the purchase contract. One involved a gas leak, and the other, the presence of moisture on the ceiling that indicated something was leaking in the unit above.

I am purchasing my first home, so the thought of an inspection was pretty scary. But Beverly was very good at explaining everything in a way that made sense to me and my parents. She really took her time and explained how to take care of any mechanical issues around the house (how to work the circuit breaker, how to shut off the water and gas supply, etc.).
