We needed a home inspection done in a timely manner. Jerry was able to accommodate our home inspection on a busy holiday weekend. He was very easy to get in touch with and kept in contact throughout the whole process. During the home inspection, he explained things both good and bad with the home.The bad was just a little TLC that needed to be done. At the end he asked if we had any questions and provided us with a detailed report of the inspection. I recommend Accurate Home Inspection of Illinois.

I had a great experience all around using Accurate Home Inspection. Jerry showed up on time and began an extremely thorough inspection, spending a good amount of time in each room, fully documenting every flaw, be it minor or major with photos.
Being a young first time home buyer, I do not know what I should be looking for, or how to fix the problems he found. Jerry took me to every problem spot and told me how I could correct the fault and then properly maintain the areas so they give me no problems in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Accurate Home Inspections. When we had to find a home inspector, I had a handful of fliers from different companies and was a little overwhelmed. Jerry did our home inspection and did a great job. He was very friendly and personable. I was recommended to Jerry by my realtor and called around a few places. For the money, we couldn't pass Accurate Home Inspections. The report also came very quickly and was put together with plenty of pictures and descriptions.
