Services
Purchasing new construction or an existing home this inspection is right for you. A complete inspection done in accordance with InterNACHI's Standards of Practice (SOP) and The State of Illinois' regulations. In addition, your inspection will include an Infrared scan of the structure, a combustion analyses of the furnace and a check of all the appliances for recalls.

Tom was very pleasant to work with. He was extremely thorough and was happy to explain exactly what he was inspecting and why during his inspection. It is very clear that he wants what is best for his clients. He gave several tips and pieces of knowledge on how to take care of a home, showing that he genuinely cares about his clients even after his services for them have been completed.

Tom was wonderful in getting us a home inspection fast and was able to work around or schedule. Very accommodating.
