I have been with them since November of 2020. They are a good firm to work with. As long as everything that needs done to you is done quickly. I keep getting shuffled around to different paralegals a lot, this is my third one so far. Trying to get a hold of them is a chore, sometimes next to impossible. I know I'm not their only client. But communication works. I have been trying to provide updates to them via email and phone. The only person that I can reach is the front desk. I am supposed to have back surgery for the damage caused by the accident and my GI doctor told me my hiatal hernia mesh

This group was representing my son in a car accident that the other person was sited for and his attorney did not do his job he did not explain things to where my son understood. He did not stay in contact with my son and did not try to. There were no letters sent no check but the person who hit him their insurance company was able to contact my… son. Now my son has gotten no settlement and when the attorney finally got ahold of him after 2 years he pretty much told my son tuff the case is closed! Stay far away from this group not to mention the attorney Eon Stoddlemyer was very arrogant

Terrible communication. Arrogance, blurring the truth, charging me for services they didn’t do all while they won’t return my calls, emails, or anything. Brad Keating has completely ignored me and told me at the beginning they would do everything they can for me. Horrific law firm, steer clear. I will be filing a police report for the false charges. This law firm is awful. I was sent to them by a group out of Columbus who is supposed to link you with doctors and lawyers after you've been in a car accident. I was hit in May and still have yet to hear anything back from them since then. It is now middle of September. I can't get them to reply to an email or even answer the phone. The paralegal… is rude and provides little to no help whatsoever. The lawyers are never in their offices, or at least, never returning phone calls. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I'm almost convinced that they are a scam. From what I've gathered

STEER CLEAR! They wasted my time and the time of so many others. Read the reviews. I was recommended this firm by my chiropractor. I wish I would have done my research and read prior reviews. They will not return my calls or emails. After several attempts to reach them, I decided to drop them and find a new attorney. At that point, they finally email be back saying I owe them $500 for the work they have performed, yet they won't send me an itemized list of charges so that I know what I'm paying for. I believe everyone should be paid for the work they perform, but what did this firm actually do

Definitely appreciate this Firm and everything they did. They worked with my busy schedule keeping me informed as much as possible of changes to my case idk how long most settlements take but it was almost a 2 year process BECAUSE he worked hard to get the maximum AND DID. I was in a car accident almost 3 years ago. I was rear ended while fully stopped at a stop light. This in turn has caused me back problems and I had to miss a substantial amount of work due to the injury. Even though it took a long time and during the pandemic, the Keating Firm still worked so hard on my case and was able to reach a settlement that was well beyond what I thought they were going to be able to get me after such a long time. The Keating Firm is the worst!! I have been working with them since April of 2020 on a car accident that I was involved in. I have literally spoken to my attorney one time. I spoke with her paralegal over the phone twice and then through email a few times. The paralegal then passed me off to another paralegal who does not even work with my attorney… as she handles clients in a completely different market. She did help me by trying to connect my attorney and myself through email, but my attorney never replied. The communication between them and their clients is terrible! I would NEVER suggest

They were quick to handle my case but slow processing and even only made one attempt to contact me. So I ended up trying to leave and the lady says it takes days to terminate their contract. I replied you were quick to get me to sign me up be quick to release me. Absolutely the worse!!!! I would give them a no star for communication.
