Services
It all started in a small town outside Montreal, where Robert and Mireille, as neighbors, became good friends, dated for five years, and got married in 1971. Two weeks after our wedding, we left for the United States with a small car, $600 and our green card. For 22 days, we drove across the country, visiting many states.
Fleur de Lys Winery is proud to offer our dedicated clients the ability to join our wine club and be guaranteed a bottle of each of our wines as they are released. No contract or obligation. If you and your friends are not members of "Le Club" yet, come in and fill out a membership card or contact us.
Primarily grown in France's Rhone Valley, this grape grows very well in our area. It produces an elegant aromatic wine with excellent acidity. The aroma of Roussanne can suggest wild flowers or herbal tea, spiciness and full mouth feel makes it perfect for grilled fowl and premium cheeses. Our Estate Viognier, a romantic Rhone varietal, is very aromatic with hints of violets, honeysuckle and tropical fruit.
Celebrate the harvest at over 20 Fair Play wineries at this inaugural event. Enjoy food, music, games, and most importantly, wine tasting as you explore Fair Play's beautiful wineries. The Fair Play AVA produces extraordinary, high-quality grapes and producing award-winning, world-class wines. It's only about an hour away from greater Sacramento, but feels like a world apart.
Overlooking the gentle foothills of the Fair Play region, our Chalet is refurbished, completely renovated from top to bottom, for guests to enjoy. We are excited to offer our clients a cozy winery retreat during their visits to Fair Play! It sits in the middle of 9 acres surrounded by our vineyards.

We love love this unpretentious winery! Ed is absolutely amazing! We bought 2016 Viognier, 2015 Flora and 2010 Syrah. The property is dog friendly. The staff are so friendly and feels so homey. But the star here is the WINE! Must stop in and enjoy the hospitality and guarantee you'll leave with wine. à votre santé!!!

We came here in July to stay at their guest house we found on air bnb. What a gem. This feels super casual and at home. No frills wine tasting at a picnic table under a tree overlooking the vineyard. And what a tasting! We must have tasted at least 15 wines. They have an excellent selection of old varietals that are not too common these days. I liked how balanced and drinkable many of the lighter reds were. Excellent dessert wine as well. People were super nice and welcoming. Dog friendly too! I would definitely come back here!

This tasting room was great. None of the busy body touristy atmosphere you'd get in a Napa Valley tasting room. Just a very intimate tasting with the staff and a generous number of wines to taste. The staff was very knowledgeable of the different varietals and the food pairings they had for some of the wines did a great job of bringing the best parts of those wines to the front of your taste buds. Highly recommend a visit here and highly recommend the late harvest viognier.

This is a great small winery. The people are so friendly and personable.
I was there for the Spain food and wine pairing. A friend is a wine member a suggested it. When we first got there we felt like we were invading someone's back yard party. There were chairs just kind of scattered on the grass. Didn't seem like we were there for an event or at the right place. We must have had that questionable look on our face because the staff greeted us and gave us encouragement to step up.
I liked all the wines and the food! I liked the blends the best but I usually like blends the best

My favorite winery in Fair Play, because of the excellent wine. Great lineup and there are often pairing treats provided. I have been a club member for many years. Robert lets the grape shine through. Very difficult to leave without a few bottles. Mireille is a very gracious and helpful. Visit soon!

My fiance and I VERY MUCH enjoyed our time here, more so than any other winery we visited while tasting this weekend. The wines are old, and oh SO delicious. We also really loved that they offered free pairings with the tastings, all of which they had made themselves. Everything was top notch and you could tell they really cared about what they are doing here! The wine, the people, the pairings, the prices, etc were all over the top amazing! It is a beautiful property and we will most definitely be back. If you go anywhere in the Fairplay/Somerset area to taste wine, this is the place to go!

Excellent service and excellent wine. By the owners recommendation we took home the white port to have with our creme brûlée and it paired fantastically. I love supporting businesses that are passionate about what they do and this couple is exactly that. They do everything themselves and to me that makes the wine and the experience that much better. Fleur de lys is on my list now for picking up wines to go with my meals and for showing visitors. Thank you for taking the time to talk and show us all that you had to offer!!

We are long time fans and club members of Fleur De Lys. This is one of, in my opinion, one of the finest boutique wineries in the Fairplay area.
They are known by all the other wineries that we go to as "being one of the best" in terms of product. You will not taste or be sold any type of wine before it should be sold.
They care about their product and also refuse to sell to restaurants or stores of any kind. You must go to them to get their wine or they will also ship to you.
I have never tasted a better Voignier than the one they produce. This is one of the first white wines

This winery was listed on the Fair Play Wine Festival Touring list, it was Suppose to be #2 on our tour but we were turned away! As we pulled into the parking lot, a woman ran out and told us their were already full and we needed to turn back around. All a bit stunned, we send out our most educated and respectful of the group as our spokesperson (newly recent PhD grad may I add!), who proceeded to attempt negotiate with the woman. Our spokesperson advised we are group of only 9 woman and 1 male, and we were more then willing to wait until the others finished their tasting experience. With her
