Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
The lady never spoke a word to me till the end when she said "okay you done" and talked to her friend the entire time. She was so rough I bled and my skin is sore. I had polish on my skin large enough that I could peel it off, the work is uneven

I have been going to Bliss Nails for a while for pedicures. I decided to get a gel manicure because I liked the technician. A couple days after I got the manicure, the gel was coming up.. So, here's when they won me over: I went in and showed them my busted nails because I was upset about how much I spent to have it not last long at all. They fixed my nails and were so kind about it. That's huge in my book. People make mistakes.... the light machine could have had a weak bulb.. who knows... I suggest if you ever have an issue with Bliss, to go speak with someone because they truly will make it

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I have been to this salon multiple times and every time I leave frustrated. In the past, I have waited 45-55 minutes after being seated. Because of this, I started calling a day in advance for an appointment, only still to show up and watch walk ins get seated before me and still wait again yet 45- an hour to actually receive the service. I understand being short staffed, but what I don’t understand is continuously accepting clients if you know they will be waiting anywhere from 45- hour. It would be much more appropriate and professional to be upfront

Love love love Bliss!! Nails have been on point every time! Prices are good for such great quality! FRANK is the best! I’ve went to him ever since I started going to this place, which has been almost a year, and he’s so personable! Always remembers me and says hi, asks how I’m doing and how’s work going for me. He has me in and out quick and always reminds me he’ll be glad to do anything I wanted done to my nails! Im a server i get compliments a lot and always recommend this place to everyone and friends!

My 2nd time here and my first time was better than my 1st one. Me and my daughter were placed in chairs and had to wait because they seemed to be busy and short handed which is understandable. The technician that worked on mine left me in mid manicure to go start on another client that had walked in. I noticed my technician was the only one to do so. Then she left her to come back to me. She began working on mine , then left to work on another client who came in with complaints. Then my nails weren't painted fully, some of the nails don't look like they completely fit and done to my standards.
