Brenda goes above and beyond the call of duty to help her customers. She has spent countless hours figuring out what I have done to mess my phone up and has done the same for many others. You will never get ripped off at Plain City Computers! You are always treated with respect there. You will not be overcharged there either. If anything, Brenda short changes herself. Brenda Rocks!!!

I've never done business with these folks. I don't know how they got my number, or if they are just randomly spamming 614 area code numbers, but it is very much not okay to send unsolicited text messages to random people.

Brenda has done a great job on all work we have sent her way and is fast & reliable! She is able to answer any questions we throw her way & has given us many great ideas of how to deal with different issues we have in setting things up the way we need them to be both cellular and PC related.

What I love about Plain City computers - is that Brenda is so honest, and doesn't sell you things you don't need that will cost you a fortune later. She gets me exactly what I want, and gets my account setup to minimize my bill as much as possible. When I've gone into Verizon stores they've tried to bamboozle me and family members into things I don't want. Hubby got stuck for $500 item. Brenda is a straight arrow - she doesn't cheat you like other places regularly do. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I get what I want when I want it. She goes out of her way to meet my needs and my families.
