The Spinach Crab Dip, fried oysters, fish & fries were perfection as was the Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri! I have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. Excellent food. Excellent friendly service. I highly recommend this restaurant! My compliments to the chef, bartender & server!! Definitely a thumbs up! 👍🏻

Went here on a work trip and took my husband back a few days later on our anniversary trip to Carolina beach. I would whole heartedly drive out of Carolina beach to come here. We ate at Carolina Smokehouse on our anniversary and while the presentation was great our food had no flavor. On our way back to Charlotte we had a redo and left super satisfied. I had the portobello burger the last time but didn't get a pic.

A 2 star restaurant rating is rare for me, so let me clarify, the parking was not a factor in my rating. This small restaurant is very rigid and doesn’t even allow what is noted on the menu.
My friend wanted a dozen of the oysters on the half shell - slightly steamed. The waitress said they are raw only. The bottom of the menu shows that they will cook to order. She said, “sorry, raw only”. So, my friend changed to the fried oyster platter. There were literally only 4 fried oysters on the plate and it cost $20.00. The dozen raw were only $22.00.

We got there at 7pm. They service was great, very friendly and made recommendations for drinks. They were out of a few things on the menu being after season for them, however what we had was awesome. The bacon cheeseburger had a great taste to it that only comes from a flat top grill. The fried seafood platter was very filling and the flounder was flaky good. A great place to pop in for a quick bite!

What a great discovery! We stayed near this restaurant while on vacation and a neighbor recommended it. It is small and quaint with table seating and a bar. The menu is short but the food was excellent! My wife ordered shrimp and grits and she absolutely loved the grits. I ordered BBQ pork grilled cheese on Texas toast (yes, that's a thing) and it was the best meal I ordered all week.
Ashton was working behind the bar and she was engaging and very attentive. She caught something wrong on my order before I did and corrected it right away.
