We were lucky enough to work with Regina to find our new house after moving to Columbus. She is extremely knowledgeable about Columbus neighborhoods and helped us refine our search throughout the process. We were looking in German Village, Merion Village, Schumacher Place, Italian Village, Victorian Village and Harrison West.
We looked at quite a few houses over months, but Regina never gave up hope that we would fine the perfect house (even though we did at times!).

I cannot speak more highly of Regina! She helped us purchase our first home. She spent 2 hours with us prior to even beginning our search to set our expectations and make sure we were well equipped for the process. She is highly responsive and easy to communicate with. As a first-time home buyer, I was very nervous about the many steps involved with securing a home. I am so glad I had Regina to help me through the process! She answered every question I had in a timely manner. She explained everything to me in a way that made me feel heard, safe, and comfortable. While I don't plan on moving anytime soon (just closed on the house last week!), I will definitely keep Regina in mind if/when the day comes I need a realtor. Highly recommend!

We are so happy that we chose to work with Regina to buy and sell our home this past summer. She is so knowledgeable, quick to respond to calls/texts, and honest which is something that we really valued. She helped us navigate a very challenging market for buying and helped get us over asking on the sale of our house. We were on vacation when we decided to list our house and she was super quick to get everything moving and up on the market. If I could give more than five stars to this realtor, I would. She most certainly deserves them!
I had to sell my beloved Brewery District condo. Another realtor was recommended to me and I started with him. He rarely responded to my calls or emails and my anxiety was increasing. I had seen signs for Regina Tobin in the neighborhood and basically cold called her. She answered right away and she took on the task of selling my condo, in the middle of a pandemic, no less.

My husband and I worked with Regina recently on buying a house in the German Village area. If you're looking to buy a house and want a knowledgeable and aggressive realtor, she's the one! She knew exactly what strategies to use when making our offer in order to out-bid other similar offers. Incidentally, we were able to buy a house within a week of working with her, after searching the market for months and being unable to even place bids on houses we were interested in. With the current housing market being such an aggressive market for buyers, she was our saving grace ;)
