My neighborhood group recommended this place when my car window was smashed, and they were right! They got me in the same day, did excellent work, and were the best price around. They even vacuumed out the glass from the passenger side of my car. Maybe that's to be expected, but it was a big relief to me.

These guys were AWESOME! Thank you so much. They went above and beyond. Got me in for a quick repair at the last minute. They were kind and professional. Needed windshield replaced on my '96 Mitsubishi Montero 4x4. I gave MS Glass a call, spoke with 'Montero Sam' who swiftly ordered my specialty windshield as soon as we learned there was only ONE available in the region. Sam was informative, professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.
The price for a specialty windshield, gasket and installation was affordable.
Justin took excellent care in providing a quality installation and I was back on the road same day! He worked with my schedule and when I found out last-minute I was unable to pick up my vehicle, he had it delivered

Called and got quoted 295$ for 2009 hyundai genesis, made the appointment and got there got my kids car seats all switched over and went in and got told they didn't have it and thought i said a different car even though i double checked over the phone that it was the right windshield and they tried to get me to pay nearly double for one that they could get 4hrs after my scheduled appointment.
Have absolutely no idea where they got santa fe from, asked to double check on the phone that it was the right windshield for my 2009 genesis and they confirmed.

My car window was smashed in while I was at work, and I had to problem solve since I couldn't leave it on the street overnight. Without realizing, I called right at their closing time but was not rushed on the phone, was given some options to help work around my schedule and get the repair done quickly, and was able to drop off same day.

I had a poor and honestly embarrassing experience with MS Auto Glass over the phone with their Salem location. They had no idea what I was talking about when I told them I needed my passenger side rear view mirror replaced. Tried to convince me it was glass and supposed to be see-thru. What in the world. The staff answering phones at the Salem location on 09/22/2021 was rude, unprofessional, and not helpful.
I decided to go with another local business to do this service and I suggest you do, too.

We were traveling through Oregon when a rock hit our windshield and next thing we know - we have a massive crack that required a new windshield. We thankfully found MS Glass that helped turned our day around. While the office in Salem didn't have the glass in-stock, they called their sister office in Beaverton who was able to fix it as soon as we drove to their location. Within 90 minutes of us dropping off the car, we were back on the road again.

Once again, Sam was "Johnny on the Spot".
Saturday morning I needed a rear window replaced on my car. Sam made an appointment for me within 3 hours and the window was replaced same day. He gave me a quote, time to arrive and time to return. All work was completed within 1.5 hours. Awesome Customer Service!

Giving one star because they got my car in fast, were super kind over the phone, and the front desk staff were very professional. Otherwise, I'm disappointed. When I got my car back the steering wheel had black goo all over it, as well as an arm rest part of my car. I also found a screw from my door on the passenger seat of my car. The door frame is lifting back up, and a piece of the inside of my door is sticking out and is broken at the top. Will not be returning for these reasons.

Sam is definitely the man as well as the rest of the crew in the shop. Didn't catch their names but the work speaks for itself and of their character and work ethic. Fantastic finished product, Covid safe business and friendly and helpful. Last but not least extremely efficient, called Monday for a window and done today. Thank you guys for your work. Highly recommend, hope I don't need to see you again but if I need glass I will be there.

I make a appointment on Yelp text system and got schedule for 01 o'clock. When I reached there they told me I do not have any appointment schedule. So I show them a text messages and they don't know who that person is who is texting on their Yelp add. 2nd when they done and handover my vicheal the radio knob and air vent knob both are broken. I show them and they told me we didn't do that, keep it in your mind my cell phone holder was in the air vent and when I got my vicheal it was on the floor. Zero star for these peoples

I called at 10:50a and got a same day appointment for 1p. They said it was going to be about an hour. Before that hour was up- well before I was going to leave to pick up my car- they called to say there was an error with the packaging of the glass I needed, that they were going to the warehouse to get the correct product, and I got a call less than an hour after the original quote saying my car was ready to go.
They are courteous, efficient, and provide quality work. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

This place is not worth the risk. I went in for a quick job (replacing the glass on my side view mirror). I came back 30 minutes later and found this new 3" scar on the interior of the driver's side door panel.
The best I can guess is that, whoever moved the vehicle, was holding something hot that burned this mark into the door. They insisted it was a cigarette burn. 1 - this car is never smoked in. 2 - that's very clearly not a cigarette burn.
I'm sure the side view mirror work is fine, but the staff is careless and you risk damaging your vehicle.

Our car was broken into on 7/3 and we needed our front passenger window replaced.
We called around to multiple shops for quotes.
When we called this place we first talk to Mike. He gave us a quote.
We read the reviews and were hesitant b/c they were pretty mixed. We were a little desperate b/c we wanted it fixed that day but it was technically a holiday b/c of the 4th so open shops were limited.
We decided to go with them and take our chances. They were the closest and given a decent quote.

The team at MS Glass did an outstanding job on my wife's Audi A4 yesterday. Just two days before Christmas and I was able to drop-in and have my windshield completely and competently repaired in an hour. They did all of this while communicating clearly and charging a very fair price. You'd be crazy to take your windshield needs anywhere else. The only difference, I promise you, is the damage done to your wallet.

My car was broken into on 12/21 and after Safelight cancelled my on Xmas eve that was scheduled for repair on 12/26 (soonest i could get in), I called MS Auto on 12/24 and they got me in within an hour of calling! They had the glass in stock and installed everything w clean up in under an hour! They really did an Xmas miracle!
