I called multiple places to see if I could get my window fixed and this is the only place that responded. The employee I dealt with was very nice, and even waited for me to get my car when I was running late. Hopefully I don’t have an incident with my car window happen again, but if I ever do I would bring it back here.

Shopped around town for a good price on a windshield replacement and went with this shop after reviewing quotes. Was very pleased that they are capable of calibrating windshield cameras as well, instead of having to take the car to a separate location for that service. DAG PDX originally quoted me just slightly over $1k for the whole service, but when I came to pick up the car, they informed me that they found a discounted part elsewhere and was able to perform the entire service for only $740! Amazing to have an automotive shop in this day and age who are actively trying to save you money instead

I wish I could give this place 10 stars!!!! Highly recommend. After a terrible experience at Safelite, I turned to Toby at Discount Auto Glass for help. His experience, responsiveness, and willingness to work with my insurance and budget is unmatched! I can't say how much I appreciate their work. My car was broken into and I needed the window fixed ASAP, and Toby and his team were on it. I had it fixed and back on the road. I will always give my business to this shop next time I need a glass repair.

When my son had his side passenger window smashed by a thief/vandal, the Toyota dealership recommended this company to do the work. I called them and spoke with Toby who was really helpful and arranged for my son to take his truck into the store that day and and they would have it ready for him to collect the following day. Excellent service, great to deal with and great prices. Thank you for all your help with this matter. You saved us a lot of heartache and hassle. 10/10

After yet another cracked what windshield (#3 on a 2014, than you ODOT), my insurance company told me they'd "partnered" with the large multinational firm, and they would replace my windshield for the princely sum of $450. Sounded high to me, so did some calling around.
I called around 5 companies for quotes. All comfortably beat the "partner deal" and Discount Auto were the cheapest still by a good way (I saved over $150).
I interacted with 2 folks here and both were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. There's a warranty with the work, so there's really little reason not to try them out

Got a crack on my windshield and Progressive wanted me to use a national conglomerate. $500 for some random dude in a van to double park and slap some glass on the street?!? No thanks, emailed Toby and he got me into his shop where his guys took their time to inspect and lay the glass on with care.
They did such an awesome job I scheduled to go back a week later to get my front windows tinted as well. Once again Toby's guys did a fantastic job and took extra time to get it right even through the rain deflectors on the car made cutting / installing the film extra difficult.
