This is a wonderful business. They were able to get my window fixed within a couple of hours of meeting them… and for half the price.
I called all over town and nobody could find the window I needed. Apparently we’re in a window shortage. The people at five star were able to find what no one could. After a week of calling so many businesses I found five guys. I am so grateful.

My vehicle had a paper temporary tag in the back rear-gate glass and a criminal smashed the glass to grab the paper tag. Grrrr! The security guard noticed the damage at 7:45 am; by 10:30 am, we had coordinated with my Insurance Company and the repairs were completed. I was on my way with a new OEM Subaru rear-gate glass. Five Stars Auto Glass was quick to respond and did excellent repair work.

Our car got broken into while we in Portland for the weekend. I started messaging businesses on Saturday evening but couldn't get to anyone as most auto shops were closed on Sundays; Albert responded quickly on Sunday; he had the glass available for our make and model and said he could get it done by Monday morning and offered us a safe space to park overnight at his shop.
We couldn't be more grateful that we found his shop - the speed, quality and price at which they fixed our side window was 10/10. It was around 270~ to get our window fixed which was extremely reasonable. Albert and his team

First off they were the cheapest place that I could find. I called about 5 or 6 different businesses. Second their customer service was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly. Third they were fast. It only took them about 15 minutes to replace my drive side window. I will definitely be doing all my window repair business here in the future.

These guys are great! I realized on a Sunday evening that my car had been broken into on Saturday night. I called everywhere & they were the only ones to pick up. They came to me first thing Monday morning, were on time, and insanely affordable compared to quotes I was seeing online. My car was broken into on April 1 and window was smashed. The window was replaced; however, they left glass inside the door panel. I contacted them afterwards and the guy who answered the phone said he would speak to technicians and would call me back to schedule appointment. He never called back, so I scheduled an appointment at the dealership to remove glass from my door panel.

This is a family owned business and everyone here is super nice and just amazing! The customer service is superb! I called and communicated with Albert, he was quick to give me a quote and communicated back and fourth really well through text and calls. They were able to get me in on the same day I called and finish replacing my sunroof within 30 minutes! I highly recommend five stars auto glass if you need any glass on your car replaced.

I got a dime-sized rock chip on my windshield on a Saturday. We called, and had an appointment within a few hours! They were very thorough, thoughtful, and careful with the repair, and hopefully now the chip won't spread!
It was pretty cold outside, but they have a nice Covid-conscious covered area that protects from the elements and has a space heater and chairs.
We were completely satisfied! Never a company you want to have to call, but they made the situation better with their fast, friendly service. Thank you so much for taking us on the same day, and for your Five
