Unbelievable! Last night I went to the Blazer game (painful as it was). My car was parked on NE Broadway about 1/2 mile from Moda. After game when I went back to the car, the driver side/rear seat window was bashed it. Nothing stolen, just your usual street rats breaking glass for kicks. I called the insurance company originally, they scheduled an appointment for Monday at the glass shop. I took the appointment, but immediately went online to find a better option. I truly cannot recommend Premium Glass Service and Joaquin enough!!!! I have had two of my car windows smashed in the last 9 months and used Premium Glass Service both times. The first time I called at night (after hours) and they still answered and got someone scheduled to come replace my window the next morning. This time they had Joaquin come out to me less than 4 hours after I called. I am also about 8 miles farther than where I used to live and wasn't charged more for the extra miles.
Premium Glass Service is not only responsive and quick they are efficient and so kind as well!

The customer experience from initial phone call for a quote - to having my windshield replaced was quick and easy. Joaquin was able to schedule my replacement the next day. As I watched his process, it's apparent that he is experienced as his process was very organized and seamless. I'm convinced he can probably do this with his eyes closed!

When you're in a jam and need service fairly quickly, it's great to come across a business that not only answers the phone after a couple of rings, asks a few pertinent questions (make of car, year), schedules an appointment for later that same day, shows up on time, and does the necessary work in less than an hour. Oh, and who wears a mask during these times of social distancing and cleans up afterwards and throughout it all is extremely polite and friendly.
Our windshield took a rock and cracked, and Joaquin at Premium Glass replaced it at a fair, reasonable price.

I called Glass America which was a nightmare that went on for 2 weeks ( see review)
I called Premium Glass and everything was fixed professionally. Joaquin is honest, neat and professional. Portland is full of people who enjoy breaking the glass on your car just for the fun of it. Do not blame yourself for being victimized. just call Joaquin and get it fixed. When people blame you for leaving stuff in your car just say "people like breaking car glass in Portland." It is NOT your fault. It's a cost we must absorb. We have no choice.

I am thrilled with Premium Glass Service and their excellent customer service. I called the glass service my insurance recommended and it was going to be 2.5 weeks until they could come out and repair my destroyed car window. Thanks to a smash and grab couple, my purse was stolen out of my car and glass was all over my front and back seats. After calling many glass companies who could not get out to my house asap, Joaquin came in less than hour. He is kind, efficient, and fast. My window looks great and Joaquin made sure that the window works smoothly as well. And, the cherry on top of this sundae

Called in at 11:45 am. Had an appointment for 1 pm the same day.. Service was amazing and the price was even better. Less than 90 minutes to get the front windshield and rear window replaced.

Called to get my windshield repaired. After I got my appointment for 11am I called to check if they were coming and JOAQUIN SAY THE TECHNICIAN was on the way. I asked Joaquin how long does it takes to get the glass fix and he decided to cancel my appointment and hang up. Can’t have a business if you are going to cancel on your customer last minute because you ask him a question. I won’t recommend this business.

My boyfriend woke up early in the morning to take our dog on a walk and discovered our driver's side window of our 2004 Mitsubishi Outlander had been smashed sometime in the night. We immediately left messages for several auto window repair places, and by 6:26am, Joaquin, from Premium Glass Service, had replied to us via text saying he could come to our location by 9:30am to do on-site service after he had been able to get a window from his supplier, who opened at 9am, and could do the work for $200.

I was so relieved to get my window repaired/replaced so quickly. Someone smashed it last night and Premium Glass Service answered my estimate request immediately and was available this morning. Professional, excellent service including a stellar vacuuming of all the broken glass. And the price was right.

Main stream bigger glass company's were about $100 more. I read through the reviews and decided to give them a shot. They were close to my work and came to me and fixed it while I was working. He showed up on time and was very responsive. When I decided to get quotes he gave me a price. When I actually came around to doing the work he gave me a different price. But he Honered the original price we discussed weeks before. That's an honest business in my opinion.
I would highly recommend this company at this point.

Super quick! I had a window ready for replacment I was going to take it all in the their building but they came to my house and did the work in my driveway. That was awesome. He had my back window taken out and replaced with my new window in about 40 minutes.
It was super helpful that they came to my home to do this. Used their own supplies to seal the window and still didn't change their quote. I will recomend you guys to my friends!

Someone broke into my truck last night, while at my birthday dinner (Black Friday). Called around today, and Joaquin was the only company who could and did come out to my house and replace my window. He did it in 30 minutes, was very clean and fast, and did an AMAZING job! Would recommend this company 1000%. Don’t use any other glass repair shop, this is THE ONE for the PDX area.

Great customer service and prices. I asked for a quote on Yelp and got a reply with an estimate that beat everyone else. Service was fast, I had my new windshield installed in less than 24 hours from asking a quote. Installation looks amazing, car looks new! I took no time off work, they came to me to do the install for free. Thank you!! I would definitely refer people to use Premium Glass
