Ocala has been among the fastest growing communities in the nation and with its vibrant community and healthy economy, that growth is expected to continue for years to come. The total population of the Ocala MSA (Marion County) now tops 350,0000, and is among the fastest growing MSA's in the nation.
Anthony, Florida is peaceful little town of old, stately, Spanish moss-covered oaks and majestic pines. Just northeast of Ocala it is famous being home to Jumbolair Aviation Estates where one can park an airplane at their home. Around twenty-thousand people live in Anthony and it offers a friendly small town feel while being just minutes away from both Interstate 75 and U.S. 301.
Even though Belleview is a town of less than ten-thousand people, it is hard to miss. A proud water tower stands with the city's name emblazoned across it. On the edge of Belleview is the massive Lake Weir, with nearly nine miles of surface area. The lake is a great place to drop a line, paddleboard, or zip around on a jet-ski.
Citra is situated on a rustic piece of countryside replete with grand old oaks and palm trees, and like the scenery the town is a charming piece of Florida history. As U.S. Route 66 once thrived with tourist stops going west, so was Highway 301 and you can see that in the Orange Shop that pre-dates attractions like Disney World and Universal Studios.

Angie helped get us the lot of our dreams even when it wasn’t easy. She also sold our home for us. She kept in constant contact with us no matter what day or time she found anything out, she is very knowledgeable and if she doesn’t know something she will find it out and most of all she truly cares and loves what she does! I would recommend using her.

It has been a year now since we sold our home and bought a new one. The experience was problematic to say the least but Danielle Griffin and Angie Rushing got us through it. They were professional and considerate from start to finish. When problems kept arising they worked them out and helped us keep moving forward. They represented us both in the selling of our home and the buying of the new one. When we were discouraged they were not.
