I have lived in Ocala, Florida, since 1991 and began in Real Estate as an investor, so I came to the job with a different angle than many. Having been in Health Care sales for 15 years before becoming a REALTOR also supplied me with a unique sales background. Education is very important to me. I received my BA and MBA from St. Leo University and have applied my sales experience and education to my real estate career.
Rich was the ultimate professional and a pleasure to work with. At the time of my purchase, I was a new member to the community and he went above and beyond to help me not only identify the right house that met all of my criteria, but also researched travel times to work including challenges of entering and exiting my subdivision during busy times of the day.

Rich was a major asset in the sale of our home in Ocala. Thanks to his professional listing and marketing skills, our house had multiple offers after only several days. This agent represented a seller and we negotiated a $500 payment to myself, the buyer, for the items found in the inspection. Because of my lender agreement, this was to be handled outside of the closing. This agent indicated to my agent that his client would mail the check, as the client was out of town at the closing. I should have known based on how negotiations were handled on this sale that I would never see the payment. Both this agent and his client lied to me, and stole $500. This is a classic case of those having plenty, stealing from those that don’t. And now I find out his client didn
