Ron Hills represented the seller. We offered a full CASH price offer accepting all the items his seller wanted. The offer was accepted and Ron put the listing as pending and would not show the property any more ONLY pending the verification of funds which they immediately received from our bank. Ron then decided to contact my agent and ask if the sellers could stay in the house for another 4 days. Due to the liability we could not accept, but we were willing to move the closing date to accommodate them. He pulled the acceptance and went with a different offer. His communication with my agent meant

An absolute professional start to finish. From before we even listed my home, Liz was there giving extremely valuable advice and even helped us stage our home to have maximum appeal. The images and listing was top notch and my favorite part was the email updates I received letting me know who was looking and what the feedback was. She helped me find the right buyer for my Devonshire home and we closed quickly and for the price I was looking for. I’d give more stars but the limit seems to be five.
