Credit Check -Credit score in the 650 range, will look at upper 600s if it has to do with medical. Employment Verification (Employment or other means of income must exceed (3) times the rental rate monthly) and a minimum of 6 months on the job unless transferring to the area.
The following breeds/mixed breeds, but not limited to, are not permitted: PITBULL, ROTTWEILER, CHOW, GERMAN SHEPARD, AKITA, DOBERMAN, AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, WOLF HYBRIDS, AMERICAN BULLDOG, BOXER.If approved for an apartment and you fail to show up on time for your scheduled appointment, the apartment will be put back on the market.

I'VE BEEN A RESIDENT FOR OVER 15 YEARS. I HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED. THE STAFF IS GREAT AND SO ARE THE DEALS đź’° I'M FROM JERSEY AND THE RENTERS FREEKING OWN YOU THERE. YOU'RE JUST ANOTHER NUMBER ON THE BIG LIST. PLUS THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS APARTMENT WITHOUT SOMEONE ABOVE YOU OR BELOW YOU. THAT IS CALLED A CONDO AND THEY COST A FORTUNE.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This is the absolute worst property management company in the area. They don’t fix things, or they half fix things. The staff can be downright rude. Lived there for 6 years, and I would not recommend ANY of their properties to even to my worst enemy. To top it all off, I told them I’d be moving out on September 1st. The last week of August they went into my unit, disposed all my stuff, ripped out the carpet and started to paint. I lost $400 worth of aquarium supplies that someone tossed into the dumpster and shattered. Remember they did this BEFORE my move

My family has been renting through Desimone for almost 4 years, and we’ve rarely had any issues. They’re very responsive to maintenance requests and can even be reached on the weekends, in case of an emergency. The apartments we live in are older, so there have been some problems over the years, but they’ve always been very quick to schedule repairs. Very kind, honest people. And a peaceful, quiet neighborhood.
