Seriously terrible. I stayed with my brother for 4 months. During the time I lived with him, the AC stopped working multiple times and took days to repair, mail went missing for months at a time, and one of their cars got broken into.
Staff was rude half of the time and sweet the other half of the time.
The apartment required that anyone over 18 be on the lease as an occupant. I moved out 6 months prior to their lease being up. They lived there for almost 4 years. Due to issues between my brother and sister-in-law and the apartment complex regarding stolen goods from the apartment prior to move

Lived here for 2 years and it was alright. The maintenance people are nice and get stuff done as soon as possible.
They have little events for holidays and for birth months.
We have little to no contact with the main office though.. which I'm okay with. The lady in the front office is kind of scary and shows no emotion what so ever.. so we try to avoid going up there.
I haven't seen any rats in my apartment but I saw a dead roach under the sink when we first moved it. The roaches come out every once in a while even though I keep the house pretty clean and don't leave food out.
It's a quiet

I have lived at Apple Creek Apartments for six & 1/2 years. I have found the manager Patricia, to be exemplary & her assistant to always care about the needs of the tenants. Patricia is always accessible & willing to listen to you, if the situation calls for maintenance they are wonderful, polite & caring & will take care of the request promptly. There work is comparable to some one you would hire professionally. The grounds & landscaping are beautiful. Where I live is like living in a park. I find these apts & buildings to be well lit & feel safe walking from the parking to my apt. There are tenants

I somewhat enjoyed my time living at these apartments, but management is very rude! They a very unprofessional! Interacting with them was very uncomfortable. The best way to live there is to set up everything through the resident portal and avoid management at all cost for the most comfortable living experience.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Mainly because the manager Patricia is extremely unprofessional and rude. My boyfriend and his roommate lived there. Once we were at the pool and she came out and asked what apartment he was in when he gave her his name and his roommate’s name. She was like “BUT YOU DO NOT LIVE THERE WITH HIM.” And my boyfriend was like yes my name is on the lease. So she said “MHM, We will see about that!” And she went back inside and never came back out. How rude. In multiple occasions she has been snippy and rude. She has no respect for her tenants. The boys also

TERRIBLE. RATS!!!!
We were only living here for about a year, and I'm surprised we lasted that long. We had two loafs of bread, two boxes of cereal, rice, oatmeal, clothes, etc EATEN by a rat. There was urine and feces in the utility closet, bathrooms and kitchen. Management not only refused to waive the transfer fee but refused to shampoo the carpets to get rid of the smell. Jason, the WONDERFUL maintenance man did his very best at setting traps, covering holes and coming to check on us everyday for about two weeks. We waited to pay rent to see if we could get at least $50 off but that wasn't

Overall the complex is quiet (with the exception of some dogs). The tenants turn over frequently so you don’t know your neighbors long. It’s close to a lot of conveniences. But all of those positive points are negated when the management lack respect for the tenants.
1. The ceiling fans were covered in cigarette residue that I cleaned myself. They refused to clean the air ducts; every time I used the heat the apartment smelled as though someone was smoking.
2. UPS cannot leave packages at the office for tenants who aren’t home because the management refuses to accept packages from just
