I am very pleased with Ciocca Dermatology and their commitment to their patients. I was seen and treated by Yamile Alfaro for some changes in my skin. BAD SERVICE! Waiting three months for an appointment, that was canceled a week prior. They rescheduled me for a week after and gave me the first appointment of the day 9am- and 9:15 for my husband beacause we had other things already scheduled. We went today for the appointment and waited 1 hour without anyone coming to our room and we had to leave without seeing the Dr. because of the other appointment we had.
It was the first appointment of the day.. I understand sometines drs get backed up but how is this possible if they give you the first two appointments of the day?

Beware if you go for botox make sure that they use Botox, I had the bad experience of going and always asking for Botox in the past they would show me the product prior to being injected however this time it didnt happen. When I go to pay the assistant asks the other nurse you used Dysport. This was not what I came here for, Botox is more potent. I complained sent 3 emails and several text and no returned calls. I never was asked which product I wanted. Botox works better and last longer but it serms they make more money on the Dysport thats why they do it. Since I got treated theres no difference

I absolutely love this Office! 2020 was a hard year for everyone. The stress of all the changes and adapting to a new norm affected my skin and caused me to become very self conscious. Yamile was God sent. Not only did she treat my current condition, she has greatly improved my skin and self confidence. I am now able to go out without having the need for concealer or foundation as my skin is breakout free, spot free and has a natural glow. Later that year I suffered an odd reaction all over my body and with the help of Yamile, Page, Mrs. Giovanna Ciocca I was able to recover without any damage

Outrageous wait time:
Be ready to wait for 1 or 2 hours.
So ridiculous when you think you will actually see the physician for 5 minutes.
Inexperienced/ incompetent physicians:
Physicians looks like they just graduated and unable to treat basic skin condition. They seem more intetested by cosmetic and esthetic procedures.
Poor Covid protocols:
Waiting room packed, patients waiting standing up and patients not wearing mask while waiting.
Facility poor maintenance:
Every time I go there something is out of service.
Last time men restroom were out of service and no alternative: shameful!

I love and respect Dr. Ciocca staff. I was going back and fort, being sent to different dr. for my daughters skin condition. Until I was given a list of dr. to choose from and a coworker asked me what I was doing, I told her my frustration and that I was looking for a dermatologist. She took a look at the list and pointed out Dr. Ciocca office. On my first visit I explained to the RNP my concern and what I've been told in the past she took a look at my daughter and knew immediately what it was and what treatment was needed.
