I am a disabled veteran. I have some odd needs when looking for a place to live. I was amazed at how quickly Sharmin became someone we could trust as our real estate agent. She hit the ground running by listening to our wish list, sending us various market reports, as well as provided thorough and concise guidance on properties. Urvi helped me buy home in Leander. She was very professional and went above and beyond - to help me provide all info ahead of time to narrow down to a few homes which then I visited and purchased. She has good knowledge of local areas and has good way to work with the builders to get what we want. She got me blinds, refrigerator etc. which the builder may not have included without her negotiations.
