Vincente "V" Turnipseed has been successfully helping people reach their health and fitness goals for more than 18 years. Vincente holds a B.S in Exercise Science with a minor in Sports Medicine. He holds certifications from the National Athletic Trainers Association as an Athletic Trainer and the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Andria Loftis is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She also holds a Certification of Applied Functional Science (CAFS) through the Gray Institute, and a TRX Suspension Training Certificate. Andria successfully completed the Gray Institute's GIFT program, a 40 week mentorship, to become a Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS) in October of 2014.

I've been working out with Drew for a few years now. A strong focus on stretching and core strength have increased my flexibility and reduced the frequency of injuries, which is super important to an active person in their late 40's!
