After checking with my insurance company and knowing that my husband was just there several months ago. I made an appointment I arrived 15 minutes earlier in order to fill out forms etc. I should have known better by just looking at these reviews. After them asking me question on whom is the primary policy holder and asking for social security info (the old lady behind the desk) was on the phone confirming I indeed had this insurance. This review is a long time coming. Dr. Polizzi is simply the best, he's been taking care of my eyes since 1989 as a high school kid. I never truly appreciate what a difference a skilled optometrist can be until I met several bad ones in Manhattan. 5 different prescriptions and none of them got it right at Cohen's optical at 3 different locations. Even though I live in the city, I had enough and I needed my eyes corrected by the best and drove all the way out to Syosset.
