At Advantage Vision, each member of our vision care team is selected by Dr. Ivy Sun based upon his or her experience, professional demeanor, and dedication to providing personalized care to our optometry patients. At Advantage Vision, Dr. Ivy Sun and our entire team are committed to providing advanced vision care in a professional and comfortable environment. Our primary eye care service includes a complete eye exam that analyzes eye health and vision function. In addition to eye exams and vision testing, Dr. Sun provides testing for glaucoma, cataracts and macular degeneration.
Many patients with vision problems heartily embrace the idea of enjoying vision correction without having to wear eyeglasses or contact lenses. Not all of these patients, however, are good candidates for PRK or Lasik surgery, the two standard surgeries used to alter the way the cornea of the eye refracts light.

This is a fine local establishment for the Franklin Square community. Everyone is very friendly, the MD is kind, generous with her time and pretty much spot on. The staff is great. Phone calls are always answered. The glasses are reasonably priced. Very happy to have met these people and highly recommend.

Very rude front desk people. I understand if the doctor is behind, there's no issue with that. I can wait. Patiently. But for the front desk being very rude. I was asking if i can just reschedule then all the 3 of them do, walked to the back without saying anything. Very poor, poor service. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone.

Worst experience ever. I would only recommend this place if you love waiting more than 50 mins to be seen. Do not make appointments if you can’t honor appointment times. The receptionist kept telling people to have a seat but there aren't that many seating options. Once I was finally seen it became extremely unprofessional. During the exam, the door was open and multiple staff and even patients were coming into the exam room to talk to the doctor. The doctor was extremely not focus when giving the exam and it felt very rush.

Absolute worst eye doctor you will EVER go to. Not only is the staff incredibly rude, they schedule things wrong every time I go. The doctor looks at your eyes for five minutes then you're out the door. They constantly get things wrong, whether that be with my eyes or with my appointment. I need a new eye doctor.

My personal experience was amazing, the results were even better! I'm so happy that I came here, rather than continue with Lens crafters. Dr. Ivy Sun offers an alternative to glasses, I didn't know existed. I was never offered this alternative for vision correction which is a better alternative for my kids. Excellent results in less than 2 days. I wish I had come here earlier instead of spending money in glasses and regular contacts. The staff is friendly and polite. There was little or no wait. Best thing yet, Dr. Ivy Sun is very professional, nice and friendly!

I give 4 stars they always give accurate glasses and great contact choices. The staff is young oriental kids that have still much to learn about customer service and being knowledgeable in the field but they try and I hope in time they learn. The doctor is very kind. Jessica is a sweetheart. Depending on the day is how the services will go. Overall best in the neighborhood
