Amber Bills and her team did a great job explaining and guiding us through the process of selling our house. They were very professional and helpful with with all aspects of selling a property. They staged the house and did photo and video presentations online. They marketed the place through many venues. The house sold in four days at a good price. We worked with Britta from the group. There was some initial confusion in getting started communicating when we reached out but that was a complete exception to the rule. Britta was responsive, available, informative, and extremely helpful. As first time home buyers we were given all the answers we needed to find the home for us, craft an offer, and get through the process of closing.
