Jessica was amazing. She took the time to pay attention to every detail. She managed getting contract and quotes for work that needed to occur, she did a dump run when we needed to get staged and didn't have enough room in the garage, even came over and replaced outlet covers. She was also able to convince our buyer, who wasn't going to make an offer that they should make an offer, including everything we wanted including a 60 day rent back allowing us the time to look for a house in a new area.
