This guy replace my well pump 4 years ago I wouldn't honor his work I told me it wasn't his problem that my pump went out again after he replaced it for years ago wouldn't even give me any discount very rude and very unprofessional I asked him to speak with the owner of the company he said he was the owner and he said he was the owner then when the new Well Company came out and replace my will when I pulled up my pump it was a used pump that they have put in my well so Smithwick put a used popping that I had to replace but sold it to me as a new one

I have to say they did respond promptly,but they probably weren’t very busy. They gave me a price over the phone anticipating what the problem was. I should have done my research. They replaced a pressure switch on my well which was a $25 part, took less than 1/2 to fix and charged me $185. Charlie and Chuck were nice enough but that was an expensive service call!

Never responds to call. Bought a home and on our equipment it told us to call this company because I guess they installed the water treatment on this home in the past. Boy do I feel sorry for the previous homeowner, our new technician said it was a horrible installation job and very bad quality equipment used. Not sure if this is even a real company because I tried to reach out multiple times to see if anything was under warranty with the company but no success. Use a trusted company when it comes to treating the water you and your children use to bathe.

Called several times and no one returned calls. Then was told would have someone on there way, that was on a sunday. Waited around all day. No one showed up. Since then the leak got worse . Its now Monday, Then a guy shows up after we already called someone else for service, not very professional. No one even called back to see if we were gonna be home or that someone was on there way a day later.
