My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Deanna this last year. We are from Washington state and always had a dream to find a condo that we could potentially rent in the Arizona area. I found Deanna online just prior to a family trip we had planned in March 2021.

In today’s very competitive sellers’ market, her expertise and perseverance allowed for me to buy the house I had chosen; something many buyers are not able to do today. Among other things, not only was Deanna a pro at negotiating with the sellers in reaching a reduced price for the property (very rare in today’s market), but her insight and ability to operate at full speed allowed my getting a loan from a lender she recommended, as the one I had chosen was not proceeding in a timely manner, thus jeopardizing my purchase. Working with Deanna as a special real estate commissioner through the court was such a great experience. Deanna was such a thorough and helpful realtor, and I appreciate all of the help and effort that she put into selling a condo for me.
