The teaching of respect and self discipline along with following through made Rob a determined kid. From going to white belt to Jr Black helped him be disciplined in school and life.
You remember Robert was on an IEP in school He was held back from his full potential for a while in elementary school , But with help through Martial Arts and his own self respect and perseverance he applied to Howell Cheney Technical High School in Manchester last fall and is currently a Freshman. We started at Integrity when my older son was about 6 years old. Fast forward 7 years and he is now a hard-earned black belt, my younger son is attending classes, and recently my husband and I also are taking classes. For us, what was key is that this is more than karate class. My children are getting true character and leadership education-really good stuff-that is helping shape them into wonderful young men. Does IMA cost more? Yes. Do you get more? Absolutely! We have thought about relocating but know that we cannot get a substitution for the experience we have here and we consider it essential

Hands down the best place in the area to train. The staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable. They really understand that people learn in different ways and they remember the technique that works for you. The classes are informative, a good workout and always fun. I have been going for over a year now and unlike my gym membership, I always look forward to going, and always leave feeling confident. Great for kids and adults something the whole family will get a KICK out of.

My 7 year old son started at Integrity after I purchased a Groupon in January - I figured it was a great way to give Martial Arts a try. My son loves it there, and I do as well! The instructors are great with kids and teach not only Karate, but they have character building lessons built in to each Karate lesson - built on respect, discipline and self-control. My son has decided he wants to go all the way to black belt...he will gain far more than a black belt from Integrity!

My son who is now 17 was a student of Jonathan's at Integrity while he was in elementary and middle school. While recently remodeling his room I took his rack of martial arts belts he earned (including his junior black belt) off the wall. My son would have none of it. He wanted the rack back on the wall because of what those belts mean to him. Jonathan's program helped develop my son's focus, determination, drive and most importantly his self esteem. Integrity Martial Arts gave him the foundation to be a great student, and a thoughtful member of the community.
