Services
Soul Pole Dance & Fitness is Springfield's premiere Pole Fitness and Dance Studio servicing the New England area. We host students from our local home here in Springfield, MA, to students who travel regularly from different cities and towns in Connecticut and the Berkshires, to participate in one or more of our classes.
Classes are $25 each. We also have the option to purchase monthly passes that grant you access to all classes on the schedule, as well as 5 and 10 class passes. You can view these options here. If you have never done pole before, regardless of your athletic capabilities, we always recommend our Intro to Pole Basics class.
Our studio policies help us maintain a safe space and community while maintaining the integrity of our business. We have every intention in serving you in a professional manner and we ask that you do the same by reading and following our studio policies. We have a zero tolerance policy for discriminatory behavior based on an individual's (self) identity.
Whether we call it the new normal or just the way things will be for a bit, we are riding the wave of change. We would like to introduce to you our Hybrid classes! What is it? When you think of "hybrid" you probably think "Toyota Prius". We do too. Except for pole. Hybrid classes offer the convenience of joining our small in-studio classes from the convenience of your home (or other location).
Been wanting to take a pole class but don't want to do it alone? Or maybe you've taken a class and want your friends to experience the fun and get a good workout with you! Then this private party is the perfect fit for you! It is suitable for anyone who just wants to learn pole and have a little fun!

I went here with so many fears to my intro class, the host teacher took those all way. Was I graceful ?no. Was I charming? no. but by the end of the class I felt like a pole dancing ballerina. it was a hour long trip for me to get here but I'm planning on my next trip.

WOW! I absolutely loved EVERYTHING about this studio. So grateful for Open House & the opportunity to grow in my hometowns pole community. The energy, attentiveness, & enthusiasm of the instructors & those around you was empowering. You could visibly see the comfortability of everyone in the room. The energy just flowed, effortlessly. Not to mention the exposed brick is FIRE! 10/10 i would HIGHLY recommend & if you need a sign to start your pole journey THIS IS YOUR SIGN!

Amazing!!! The space is beautiful and easy to get to. No worries about parking, it's located right across the street.
The owner and instructors are strong , beautiful, knowledgeable women. They want you to feel good, look good and have the confidence in dancing.
I love both pole and chair dancing....who knew!!!
I felt sooo good after I left there. I truly can't thank them enough.
Also the other women and man there taking the class....fabulous!!!

I had the opportunity to participate in the open house at Soul Pole and it was such a great ambiance! You can the tell the teachers were very knowledge and able to handle us as a group and provide one on one attention. Overall nothing but good vibes! So happy I took the leap to attend my first class, so excited to start my journey with this studio! Such a gem in Springfield!
