Was in serious pain and Dr. Rashid new what to do right away and helped me immensely. Everyone was very friendly and professional and even got me in within two days of finding them while other dermatologist offices had 2 month waits for new patients. Definitely recommend and will be using him for all of my dermatology needs. A++ rating.

I had a follow up today from a procedure that was done back in January. I was just over 15 minutes late. I haven't been to this location for a long time so I had a little difficulty finding it. I forgot to bring a mask so the front staff mask snobbed me and refused service citing that I was over 15 minutes late. The waiting room was empty, not another patient in site. Then they had the gall to ask me if I would like to reschedule even though I was the only patient in the office at the time. I do like this doctor but the staff represents him in a horrible way, and by turning me away for petty reasons

All respect to Dr Rashid and his staff. I will just share my experience after 6 or 7 years of my 1st hair transplant by Dr Rashid, especially that I had 2 more hair transplant procedures after this 1st experience, so I have a lot of different experiences and techniques of hair transplant!
The pre-op preperation wasn't good. They asked me to eat a lot, then they gave me an oral sedation. I don't remember anything about the procedure, which is good and bad. Good is not having pain, but they sent me home with a taxi driver! No transportation! I don't remember how and how much did I paid the driver

I took my daughter there for her acne. First few appointment I guess is ok. But is funny about this clinic is that. When u try to call the office, there is no one to pickup the line. U would have to leave a message for the answering service and they will have to communicate with the office and get back with u. When they do get back, is the answer service that gets back with u. So really there is no service. And on my last appointment, I started a program that need blood work done. Which the order was given by them, I took off early to take my daughter for the blood work. Dr. Aneja is awesome! I received the most thorough cancer screening ever! She did not rush through my appointment & took the time to answer all of my questions. I have seen dermatologists all over the country & she, by far, is my favorite!
Regarding the clinic - getting an appointment was easy, phone calls were promptly returned & the front office staff members were friendly & professional.

Shortly after posting my 1 star review, I received a call from Dr Rashid himself. He was unaware that we even had a billing issue and apologized for our inconvenience. Everything has now been worked out with the office. His personal approach in handling this matter definitely changed my mind surrounding returning to see him if the need presents. If anyone reading this has any insurance issues, please ask to speak to Dr Rashid and he will gladly handle it.

I agree with the other review. You will always get a recorded message and a staffer or call center person will return the call. There is no way to contact the office unless you insist on a return call from the doctor. My pharmacist had some questions and left a voicemail multiple times with no response. The location also has no fax number. I have never encountered a situation where you cannot contact the main office. When I expressed my frustration with this whole ideology, the person hung up on me. I liked the doctor very much but the whole call center set up is a disaster.

Dr. Rashid was thorough, personable, friendly and very accommodating. The billing is tricky, but Dr. Rashid and his staff are prompt about addressing your questions and concerns and are willing to work with you on making sure you get the best service you can. The Dr. himself called me multiple times to make sure my questions and concerns were addressed. They really do care. It is best for clients with low-deductible insurance plans, otherwise you will have to pay quite a bit out of pocket.

TLDR: Money scam. Waste of time.
This company should not have the highest rating. I'm covering two client experiences. First, I scheduled an appointment four days ago, submitted the insurance card online and followed up with a phone call. I wanted to confirm the upfront costs. The only person to speak to over-the-phone is a scheduler. This person can only take notes. I requested a call-back for insurance copay information. No one called back. When we came in on Saturday there were THREE receptionists and NO one who could help provide insurance information. This place is just scamming for

Amazing Doctor! We got in an hour early for our appointment and the doctor saw my husband early, is not like other places that won't see you until your exact appt time (or even hours after). The set up is really nice and the front desk Diane was very kind and courteous. We will definitely be coming back to this facility for our dermatology needs.

The doctor and treatment were adequate; what earned this scathing review was that the clinic rips off patients. With my insurance the most I should have to pay is a 30 dollar co-pay. Their office claims that they charge 99 dollars and leave it up to the patient to sort it out. So, what is the point of patients having insurance and doctors having administrators? I will stay far away from this place and would advise anyone else to do the same.
