Michael and Pamela Monnahan of M & M physical Therapy have more than 22 years each in the field of physical therapy. We specialize in all conventional forms of physical therapy: including outpatient sports medicine, orthopedic rehabilitation, geriatric rehabilitation, workman's compensation, and sports specific training.
We believe in the active approach to rehabilitation, stretching and strengthening is the key to our success. We pride ourselves on the hands on approach, treating each patient with manual exercise, stretching and massage. Mike and Pam Monnahan have treated both recreational and professional athletes.

Services
Michael and Pamela are the owners of M & M Physical Therapy. They reside in South Orange County. They have 2 beautiful daughters, Cassie and Caitlin Monnahan. Cassie is married to Chris and they have 2 beautiful girls. She works nurse at Saddleback memorial medical center in labor and delivery. Caitlin is married to Ryan and they have a beautiful boy! Caitlin is a teacher, however, she is taking time off to raise her son.
Mike is a graduate of CSULB Physical Therapy program in 1990. Mike has extensive continuing education in treating athletes and their injuries. He specializes in post operative treatment of injuries ranging from ACL tears, Meniscus repairs, Rotator cuff repairs and various other injuries. Mike continues to remain involved in sports by coaching at both travel softball, the American Athletics-18 Gold and SMCHS Lady Eagles.
