In 2003 we moved to warm and sunny Florida (Tampa) and worked for BrightHouse Networks (now Spectrum) where I delivered excellent customer service linked with sales, technical, and billing support for Internet, Phone, and Cable Television customers.

I started working remotely about a month ago. I received a laptop and monitors from my employer, but I am not computer savvy. I couldn't get to make my laptop work properly and I was totally frustrated. I called Anthony at 123 Tech and he arrived at my home and got my laptop to work properly. Anthony is very knowledgeable, and his prices are very affordable. I was very happy with the results and so was my employer. Great price and great service. I would definitely recommend 123 Tech and Anthony!
