We have been living here for almost 3 years and I can honestly say they are amazing people to rent from. Ms. Candice is the manager and she is amazingly understanding and so sweet she will do everything she can to make your stay here so much better, and the assistant manager brittany is just as amazing, they both help out so much. Definitely a wonderful place to live.

I cannot say enough good things about Redmond chase and also their superstars- miss Candace and Brittney. Whenever I have any questions or maintenance requests, they’re handled promptly. As soon as I stepped in to the office to put in my application, I was made to feel like I was at home. I had a million and one questions and they were all truthfully answered. Since moving in, i still feel very much at home. Thanks for everything especially when I can be a pain!

Both Miss Brittney and Miss Candace were beyond helpful in the application process, informing me on any questions I had, as well as the move in process. The apartment was renovated before my move in, so needless to say the apartment was in the best shape possible due to the excellent management. The apartment has plenty of room as well as being well put together. There have been no issues with my apartment and it is all due to Miss Brittney and Miss Candace and the superior management and service they provide!

I have lived at Redmond Chase for over a year now. The complex is safe, clean, and a fantastic place to live. The office staff is absolutely wonderful! Candace and Brittany have both been extremely helpful and understanding, and are always willing and ready to help the tenants. I've had only a few small basic maintenance problems and they were fixed same day/next day. Everyone I know that lives here loves it. I genuinely don't have a single negative thing to say about this complex or the staff that runs it. Hands down the best place I've ever lived.

I walked into the Leasing Office in an attempt to introduce myself and provide details of the type of services we could offer the facility yesterday. I was greeted with a wonderful smile by both Candace and her co-worker. Although I was late on my attempt to become business partners with Redmond Chase apartments, I would love to do so in the future. This is based on the level of professionalism displayed during my visit. In addition, the facility appeared clean and inviting. Good job on ensuring your facility is being ran by a great staff! THUMBS UP!
