My partner and I shared a romantic week in Provincetown. We booked a wonderful apartment right off of Commercial street but away from all of the hustle and bustle. Silas was a fantastic host and made sure our stay was a special and memorable experience. Many thanks and until next time!

The vacation home we rented with Luster Property was the perfect accommodation for our family: ideal location, all of the amenities, and wonderful little touches to make us feel at home. Charming upstairs apartment with huge bed, long couch, and lots of natural light. The only sound is the waves across the street. . Silas is wonderful with communication. The bikes were a nice touch and we used them to get out to Race Point and other beaches. Downtown is a 20-25 min walk - lovely for an after dinner stroll! Perfect, charmingly eccentric spot for a romantic getaway. We'll be back!

Five stars all around. My friends and I were in PTown for our bachelor party and had the most wonderful time. The place was amazing and embodied everything that is great about renting within the local community. Luster Property Management went above and beyond. They provided lots of locals tips and insights, were very responsive and friendly, and facilitated all of our requests. The home itself was clean, spacious, well-stocked, and nicely decorated. Amazing location and views. I've made many trips to Cape Cod and this was my favorite, by far. I like to paddleboard and it was great to go right

Our vacation was absolutely stunning. From the moment you walk in the door you're captivated with pure sunlight, colorful art, and lots of creative, clean, sophisticated touches that really make you feel comfortable and at ease. Every room was another sight to behold, from exposed brick, to high ceilings, to beautiful paintings and art. Everything is comfortable and there is so much space. Everything was very clean and bright. Walking distance to town wasn't bad at all and was a gorgeous walk (you get to see tons of beautiful gardens and shops along the way!). Silas' house is a beautiful old home with a lovely living area, dining area and kitchen, and a beautiful wrap-around porch. The bedroom we stayed in was spacious and clean. The house is bright and nicely decorated. It is gorgeous, the pictures don’t do it justice. Very beautiful, pedigreed authentic old Provincetown artist colony vibes. Also, the location cannot be beat. Short walk to town. Such a gem, would definitely love to stay again. Silas and her team were accommodating and very responsive, made for a lovely stay.

We had a perfect summer beach week at Silas’ beautiful waterfront home. It is spacious, clean & the views are even better in person than in the photos. The beds are comfortable... we were so sad to leave. The couch and living room were cozy, homey and perfect for our group to watch movies. The house itself is airy, charming and was easy for us and the other couple we traveled with to spend time together but large enough to do our own thing.
