Never moved in bc the management wasn't in any way accommodating. They rarely ever answer their phone. Did a follow up call in February when they said they would have apartments opening up and got hung up on. Was excited because of the location but settled elsewhere.

I just moved into this residential place. Manager showed me different building, but she gave me different apartment for rant. Although she mentioned that things on phone, but things are different except design of the apartment. I would recommend people check the apartment before you sign a leasing papers. Surrounding area of our building is not clean. Now I regret that not checking the place before I signed the leasing paperwork.
Lots of things are not looking good after we moved in this apartment:
1) Water gets collected on the floor below the refrigerator every morning.
2) Dishwasher problem

My friend and I lived at Forest Ridge for over a year. We found the management to be friendly and fairly responsive. The apartment itself was spacious and reasonable for the price. Heating and cooling was expensive (can't seal up the balcony door sufficiently), but the free internet saved us a bit.
Our gripe came when we tried to move out. We were told we would have to surrender our entire deposit and pay about $300 more as there were pet stains. The problem was we had none (my roommate being allergic). We had to file against them before we finally chose, to avoid stress/being unsure if we could

Updating my review from four back to three stars (apartment rental is a winding road). I've been at Forest Ridge in a single apartment for almost two years. The place is mostly clean and neighbors are friendly/keep to themselves. I'm on the ground floor, and this area gets smaller wolf spiders/millipedes, occasional other bugs around the apartment fairly regularly in the warmer months, but the numbers went down over time, after I did some spraying of my own around doors and windows.
The above mentioned items were all noted in my four-star review, however, more recently had a problem with the heater
