Affordable place to rent with nicely renovated apartments. The property manager, Tom, is incredibly friendly. On the day of the Derrecho, Tom was on top the roof trying to fix it himself and was very concerned about getting things fixed for the residents. The residents are friendly as well and never had any issues with them. When I moved out, I got my security deposit back minus a carpet cleaning fee (this is stated in the lease you sign, so no surprises here) and a 30$ cleaning fee which I thought was fine.
