Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Staff consistently fails to maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness in common areas. Office staff leaves prematurely to their own posted hours of operation. Management has switched a total of 4 times within a 8 month period. They recently informed me that the garage I was renting was inappropriately rented to someone else.

I’ve lived here for about 3 years and have no complaints! My only reason for moving out was due to moving into a house. I enjoyed the apartment size, the fact that you’re able to make the apartment your own by painting, that you’re able to hang things on the wall and participate in monthly resident functions!
Michelle in the office is just amazing! She’s great at her job and is a great landlord! I’d miss her but I know I’ll swing on by just to say, “Hi!”.

My fiance and I have recently been looking to move to Cedar rapids. we have a cat and a large dog. we have had seen multiple places that were rude to us, several don't allow pets, and some didn't keep their appointments and wasted our gas/time driving up there. we stopped into eagle point at kirkwood and the staff was above and beyond friendly. they were amazing. showed us apartments, the dog park, the clean landscaping. told us how safe the area is and how well managed and maintained the property is. we were blown away by how wonderful the ladies in the leasing office were. We saw a few places

I lived here for 2 years and the ONLY reason I moved was due to finances. In order to get my debt in order I had to compromise on quality. Otherwise, I would be still at Eagles Pointe. Best things: I loved the grounds, lots of green space and a dog run! You can actually take a walk around the complexes with your dog and not just be walking in a parking lot! In addition to that they have usually have a member of staff overnight to watch the grounds which made me a lot more comfortable walking the dog at night! The apartments themselves were beautiful, updated and well taken care of - only a little
