Briarwood

The Staff was great. I have applied here and I do have enough income. However the utilities run so high and other unknowns I sure I won't be able to stay here long. If it does not work out that I could move into Grand Reserve. I have submitted a application yesterday.

Left work in Iowa City early to get to showing because they had to have the showing before 5pm. Was not told to bring identification and forgot it in the rush to get to the showing before their required time. Had other identification but was not accepted for the showing(Work ID, Vaccination Card)? Extremely disappointed and will be going with other apartments because of this..

Great place to live! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place! Everyone’s super friendly and maintenance will always be there for you!

I really enjoy Briarwood. I appreciate the jobs that the Manager, Danita and the Maintenance Lead, Brandon do. I met so many nice people when I moved in and continue to. I love that I can have my pets, and that there is a park in the back. People are so responsible & respectful here- Brandon the Maintenance Lead is one of those when you get to know him. He is also a very hard worker! One day for an example I called in 5 things- he had them all done , even with a busy day, with a smile on his face. Also Briarwood is convenient to everything!!!

I moved in and love my apt, location and amenities! Danita, our office manager is so sweet and very helpful with any questions I may have and resolves concerns quickly.
I love having secured access, elevator and my neighbors are very kind. So glad I found my home here at Briarwood❣

Great place to live! Quiet, friendly staff, good maintenance, elevator always works. Only negative is rent increases every time your lease renews.

We loved living here! Great leasing agent and neighbors! We lived here for 3 years before buying a house. We loved the floor plan, 2 bathrooms, locked entry and just everything about this place. They are updated apartments and a great location. Would recommend briarwood! :)

Danita, the property manager, is fantastic. From the moment we inquired about renting from Briarwood she was so helpful. We were looking for very flexible lease terms in order to decide if we we would move to Cedar Rapids. We were able to get those terms and Danita made sure our move-in was seamless even though we were coming from another state having never met her. The apartment has a very large master bedroom, master bedroom closet and a good-sized second bedroom. The appearance of the apartment was clean and welcoming. We did experience a few minor problems when we moved in but they were addressed

The employees (and residents) of Briarwood apartments are really wonderful to work with. I have rented several apartments from this community for corporate employees coming into the area and have never been disappointed. I also refer people to live here all the time. They are one of the few communities that offer short-term and furnished apartments to their residents. All the apartments have a washer and dryer in the units. Way to go Briarwood - 1 happy customer here!
