CELEBRATION PRESCHOOL, is an early childhood program based on the philosophy that "play is the work of children." The preschool provides an opportunity for each child to develop socially, intellectually and physically at his or her own pace in a safe, secure and nurturing environment. It is the desire of each educator at CELEBRATION PRESCHOOL to instill in each child that enters our preschool a sense of self worth, sensitivity and tolerance along with respect towards themselves and others.
Services
Ellen is one of the founders of Celebration. She has her MA degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology with a minor in Special Education from the University of Florida. Ellen and her husband John have raised their 5 children and are now enjoying their time with their 12 grandchildren. Ellen has 25 years of experience working with children in the classroom.
The TWO + PROGRAM at CELEBRATION PRESCHOOL is designed to provide each and every child with a positive experience away from home. Our high student to teacher ratio of 4 to 1 gives us the opportunity to provide the appropriate attention needed to begin the process of each child's social, intellectual and physical development in the school environment.
The THREE'S PROGRAM at CELEBRATION PRESCHOOL is designed to provide each child with the opportunity to develop socially, intellectually and physically at his or her own pace. Each child is given an opportunity to make a successful transition from home to a school environment, to learn how to engage in cooperative play and each child is given the opportunity to develop his or her decision making skills.
The FOUR'S PROGRAM at CELEBRATION PRESCHOOL is designed for each child to have a successful and positive experience in the classroom regardless of their level of academic development. The curriculum focuses on developing alphabet recognition and knowledge of letter sounds through the use of Jolly Phonics.
The FIVE + PROGRAM at CELEBRATION PRESCHOOL is designed to meet the needs of children who have experienced a four's program but are not old enough for Kindergarten, as well as those children who are looking for extra enrichment in addition to attending a Kindergarten class. At CELEBRATION, our curriculum has been designed to enable these children to continue to develop at their individual pace within a nurturing environment.

AMAZING! My children grew and flourished in this incredible program at Celebrations Pre-School. Both my boys started in the 2's and grew up into the 5's program with the talented staff and wide/spectrum of curriculum. Both boys came out readers and early math students...made great friends and if I could turn back time, those were my favorite years with the musicals and art work and early childhood friendships! There was something magical at this pre-school from the staff to the students to the learning that was done!
