Services
Family Lives provides home health care service - continuous nursing services, intermittent skilled nursing visits, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech/language therapy, and augmentative communication - to people with impairments. The nurse or therapist must never make or assist in or suggest making his or her patient dead.
We believe that every person we serve belongs at home and has an important role in family and community life. Therefore we support, and we work towards integrated community living for all. All decisions are made conservatively and towards what is life-enhancing, especially if the decision is irreversible.
We work to provide our patients and families continuous nursing care in the home good both in quantity and quality. We work to provide our nurses a wage on which and benefits by which they and their families can live. Patients and families act like more than the recipients of services and nurses act like more than the providers of services.
Good intentions, and kind impulses do not necessarily lead to wise and truly humane measure. Nowhere is wisdom more necessary than in the guidance of charitable impulses. Meaning well is only half our duty; thinking right is the other and equally important half.

Family Lives is seeking dedicated and committed RNs & LPNs to provide 1:1 nursing care in the home. We are a pediatric home care agency specializing in the complex and medically challenging child, adolescent and young adult.
