I believe that strength training is not only good for the body, but for one's confidence and self esteem. Everyone should feel confident training themselves, without the anxiety that can be brought on by gym environments. I realize gyms can be incredibly intimidating places, especially for new exercisers.

Not knowing what to do or how to perform movements can compound those feelings of unease. Even I get some knots in my stomach when I step into a new gym- and I've been around awhile! I want to help you transform those negative feelings by instructing quality movement, teaching how to get around the gym confidently and finding what works best for you.

Super vulnerable moment here. I have followed John on the sosh meeds for several years now. I’ve always been inspired by his workouts and his attention to the science of WHY! It’s not anything that I have experienced with any other trainer. It’s just always been “do”. I know now after working with him for a few months that if I know the why, it helps me know exactly how. Now, I’m definitely my own obstacle because I don’t always follow through with the how, but he also doesn’t degrade me for it. Training with John has not only increased my physical strength, but my self-confidence. He is personable, knowledgeable, supportive and accessible. John is attentive to what you and your body need. John is a fantastic trainer! I had a very specific goal, with a limited time frame, and he was instrumental in helping me reach it. Not only is he highly knowledgeable, he is also caring and invested in his clients' progress. During my training schedule, which he wrote for me and I followed on my own, he would regularly check in on me, answer my questions, and give advice. An all around amazing guy and highly effective trainer!! Highly recommended! Thanks, John!

John Isaacs is SUCH a great trainer! I did nutrition counseling and remote weight training with him through Yeti Fit, and it was such a bargain for the quality of information that I received! From the weight training, I saw improvement in my muscle tone and posture, and I had the energy I needed to get my workouts done from the changes that John made to my nutrition plan. His programs are so personalized and I love that I can do everything on my own schedule, and even when I'm traveling!

I have trained with John for several years now and couldn't be more impressed with his knowledge and experience. I am stronger, leaner and healthier than I've ever been!
