This exclusive ride follows one of our favorite routes, past the piers, through Chrissy Field and alongside Fort Point to the city's gem - the Golden Gate Bridge.
Inside the 1000+ acre Golden Gate Park, the opportunities are endless. Come see why our city's cyclists love this park on a guided bike tour of the area. You'll see the beautiful Conservatory of Flowers, Arboretum/Botanical Gardens, Shakespeare Garden and Japanese Tea Gardens. Our tours circle around Stow Lake for a view of Strawberry Hill and even dive into some of the area's haunted ghost history!

This place is great - but be sure to use a Groupon! What would have normally cost us $65 each (all day eBike rental) we got for $20 a piece.
Staff are great and very kind. Good customer service!
The bikes themselves have seen a lot of use and are pretty beat up - as are the helmets - but they’ll get you where you need to go. This is the only thing preventing me from giving a full 5 stars….
We had a blast riding over the GG bridge to Sausalito and back!

Hidden fee aware! You think 1 day = 24 hours? You are wrong! Instead calling it a one day bike rental, please call it if you passed 8 pm you will be charge $25 overnight fee rental. They close at 8 so that's reasonable right? They call me at 8 to make sure I keep the bike safe, for sure i kept the bike safe and clean returned back to them on time and this is how they repay me.
Stop making things up how's $25 overnight fee going to prevent bike thief? It doesn't make any sense to me. For suggestion instead of $25 BS fee just raised the secure deposit to $1500 or up. And what make you think I will

The tour across the Golden Gate Bridge was beautiful and our tour guide, Adam, provided us with interesting facts about the city and history along the route. We upgraded to the electric assist bikes which allowed us to enjoy all the scenery along the way instead of just trying to make it up the big hills. This is a bit pricey but worth it.

I don't always write reviews, but just want to inform others, I rented a performance carbon bike for one day for joining my friend's exercise, the mechanic was really nice for fitting and prepared the bike for me, but when I return the bike the next day, the person who close my paperwork charged me "over night" fees for my one day rental, the fees wasn't there when I signed the contract and the person never tell me about this. Felt sad for being tricked.

Attendants were rude and condescending.
Rented 2 "performance" bikes. One had significant rear brake rub, to the point where the bike would slow to a stop on slight downhills. The other was only happy in a select few gears and needed to be tuned up.
Would not honor the 20% off advertised on their website because we didn't "book ahead" which was not clear on the website.
All around poor experience, would not recommend.

Perfect morning for a guided ride across the Golden Gate Bridge into Sausalito for lunch. Robert - our guide - was attentive, personable, and his knowledge of real estate prices along the tour made my girlfriend's day!
Group was small (3 plus guide) - apparently it can get as large as 30, although that's rare. We booked online, turned up early (as requested) and were fitted with bikes and helmets. Bikes were in good working order... (Robert suggested a change in size for one rider - a good call, as it turned out.) The ride was pretty easy with only a couple of mildly challenging hills. Robert
