Went to Angel Dental for their walk in service for a sore in my moth. anyhow they say you can walk in for problems but said today they saw too many patients that's my problem ? So I give then no stars for no service they turned me away I don't recommend them for walking if you have mouth or teeth issues it's not our fault if you seen to many patients apparently they don't care the dentist said for me to go elsewhere

I've been here before for the same procedure (root canal) and the same doctor was never this aggressive but now he was very rough with my mouth, after I already told him my pain was an 11 out of 1-10. He thought I was being dramatic. But even the assistants thought he was being too rough and was making concerned faces at me every time he would hurt me. He was yanking and pulling on me and burned my lip with a hot tool, TWICE! To top it all off, after all this pain. He didn't has enough material to finish

Extremely disappointed with this place went in for a first time root canal and everything hurt I’m still in pain dentist rush his work shoved the numbing needles into my gums and now they are inflamed throat hurts the dentist kept walking off and even burned my lip I have a sore on my lip from it smh

We decided to visit this location instead. I thought the experience would be better because it is different staff. Had to go back because the dentist drilled holes in my daughter’s teeth and forgot to fill them! She went back and got those filled. Had to go back again because there was another hole that was not filled. She is still in pain! Currently searching for a new dentist! Done with other Angel Dental! Good luck!

Super quick to get in friendly staff & they go above & beyond they scheduled me for just my normal first exam & was willing to fix the issues bothering me that same day. They fix the whole top of my mouth & also made sure I was confrontable& had zero pain. Karen is amazing & went above & beyond & made sure my smile was as good as the work & effort… she would do on her own teeth. & talked to me the whole time to make me confrontable. They also brought my child a bunch of coloring books & let him set with me in his own chair while I had my work done

Came in for a second opinion and got great news the doctor was kind in fact the whole staff was wonderful and I enjoyed how fast and professional they were I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who gets bad news from one dentist. I was told I was gonna have two teeth taken out and the doctor here was like no your teeth can be saved and we will save them I thank God for his wisdom truly a senior doctor who knows better.

We had the worst experience with this clinic unfortunately my family and I all the have done a bad job their work only lasts for couple weeks or so.It doesn't deserve even one star but Yelp doesn't let me to leave a review if I don't rate it. If I could rate it honestly it would be below zero. They have the worst dentists ever and other workers which they are learning. I strongly don't recommend it to anyone, you just waste money and time. Now we are looking for real dentist.

So worth the 50 minute drive and I think I also found a new dentist! They took me as emergency and I'm so grateful they did. Got my problem tooth out and all 4 wisdom teeth in a shorter time than the wait to get numb. The ladies who came in first and took care of my x-rays and numbing were so gentle and nice. Normally the person I go to is not so gentle and is just trying to get things done it seems. Over all experience was amazing and I think worth the drive out to keep being seen by this office.

Okay so I have been taking my son here for about 2 years and I have to say this is by far the worst service ever. I'm always waiting for 30 minutes to and hour to be seen, not to mention the fact that I have to wait 2 and 3 months to even get him an appointment. They have horrible customer service, you would think they would run your insurance before you get there instead of waiting until you arrive. Do NOT come to this place. Not only did they lose our appointment, but the FILTH and obliviousness to it was astounding. They pulled plastic out of a shelf covered in dust so thick, when I pulled my fingers through it you could see imprints... and then tried to stick it into my seven year olds mouth. They weren't in a box or anything. Just sitting in the dirt. The floors were so dirty I was pushing stuff around with my feet. The counters weren't even wiped down!!! We left and won't ever be back. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Never come here ‼‼why because the technician botched my teeth messed them up and with her garb hid her face and Dr. Walid Thabet protected her and made sure I didn't know she was escorting her out of the room so I could not talk to her he went on to explain that it was not their fault but they would try to fix whatever is wrong which came off a week later and regardless it's not acceptable, teeth that were already not broken so now my teeth are permanently chipped then they put a collection notice on my credit report which I have nearly perfect credit I would never come here again

My second added review~ My first YELP review was well earned. Why is it so difficult to get a live person on the phone? This is insane!! Once AGAIN, I have been trying all day to get through but I'm going right to VM and your mailbox is full. What kind of operation do you have going on over there? Doesn't HIPAA regulations state that any dental office have a faculty plan and a contingency plan in the event of an emergency? Well, that idea is out the window if you can't get a hold of anyone, right?

I have been going here for over three years. I haven't had a complaint with the dental service. I just don't like in the waiting room they have the TV battling with the radio. It's kind of annoying. I wish the receptionist would choose one or the other.
My visit today 1/14/19 was amazing. I went in for my quarterly cleaning and FINALLY I got great results! It pays to floss! Afterwards I received an additional filling service on my 2 front teeth (#'s 8&9)...I learned! I didn't even feel the shots and I got 4. Yes, 4 of them. The bonding application applied was amazing! The assistants were amazing

My experience was fantastic! My previous smile was horrible, I had a large gap between my front teeth and my partial didn't fit anymore. I went to Angel Dental and had a total smile makeover. In getting all my uppers removed, anxiety and fear kicked into overdrive; instead of getting annoyed with me they calmed me down, let me breathe and get it together ( and more novacaine) and it was smooth sailing afterward. I'm saying that to say this; they have the best bedside manner and I felt they genuinely cared especially thru my anxiety attack. Lastly, the speed!! It only took them 3 visits

The staff here was very kind, and thorough. I came in for my regular teeth cleaning, the hygienist went above and beyond asking questions on my mouth health. After the doctor reviewed the cleaning they found out I had a cavity and they were able to complete my fillings in this same appointment, this is very important with my busy schedule. Great staff, that is willing to be flexible with your schedule.

I was there last week with my husband and son. My husband did his crowns and fillings, while I did cleaning and whitening. Staff were very eloquent, and the dentist there was super nice and friendly. The process was explained thoroughly, and it made the dentist visit a good one. I definitely recommend Angel Dental for anyone who needs a good dentist. Ask for Dr Saad.

This place is horrible!!!!!! It's unacceptable that my 4 year old son showed up early for his first dental appointment at 3 yesterday and was not at all seen by the dentist. He waited over an hour until my husband decided to leave because no one even came in to check on them or even apologized for running late. When I called to ask what the issue was they said they didn't know he was waiting over an hour and made up excuses like the doctor is new and was still trying to get acclimated with the place---that is not my problem.
