Effective therapy depends on having a therapist you feel comfortable with and can connect with. Therapy with me is focused on non-judgmentally understanding your current and past experiences, and assisting you in reaching your therapy goals through learning new skills and/or approaches. Services
I grew up in Wisconsin and despite moving to Oregon in 2011, I still have a bit of a Midwest accent. I make sure to practice self-care on a regular basis, including mindfulness, crafting, baking, video games, exercising, and being in nature. I love spending time exploring the great outdoors, be it traveling, or hiking.
My practice is providing only telehealth therapy appointments. With the transition to a full-time telehealth practice, I am no longer offering the following services: psychological assessment, and emotional support animal evaluations. Therapy is a great way to address issues and problems you are facing in your life.
