True North Lending is a veteran operated direct lender. Our entrepreneurial journey grew out of frustration from dealing with so-called 'veteran-friendly' companies. The results were disappointing. Often, loan officers rushed us through the loan process which added to an already stressful situation.
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) backs loans made through private lenders. These loans are guaranteed in part by the VA if the applicant both qualifies for and follows the guidelines of the loan. Members of the National Guard and the U.S. Army Reserves can also qualify, as well as the surviving spouse of a military member who died during their service or as a result of a service-related injury.
Buying a home is a major investment. It is important to properly evaluate all of your available mortgage options. I had the pleasure of dealing with Pawandeep Singh. He was extremely fast to respond and helped me through every step of the pre approval process. I can't speak highly enough of how quick and easy it was to do.
I was hesitant at first because I have only ever dealt with "the big banks" before. However I decided to give true north mortgages a shot and I do not regret it at all. If you value fast responsive service, this is the place to go!
