Us Residents are paying monthly for the trash , laundry mat & etc, just for strangers to come and use it for free, one of the main reasons for my move here was because of the barrier gate arm and that hasn’t been down for months. Sometimes I don’t want company and now they have no choice but to come right on in.

New resident absolutely love the complex so far. Management so nice, everything is done online and the security gate the icing on the cake. My apartment was updated well and I have no complaints. Only thing is being since the outside is open you do see insects. I brought a bug trapper bulb for my patio and a bug repellent candle for inside my home.

I lived at Fairway Hills for 3 1/2 years and I think with all the changes they made after the golf course moved made it hard to stay there any longer. The people that work there are such kind people, I never had a problem with any of them and for the most part they were fast about solving any of my problems. Maintenance was always prompt about completing my work orders and keeping the roads and sidewalks clear.Thank you. They have a newly renovated updated leasing office,designated pet areas, modern gym, and a newly updated laundry room open 24/7. However, the “new” machines don’t work that

People think parking lot is a racetrack. Not kid friendly. Nothing for a kid to do. They charge for “clubhouse” fee for upgrades to the place but haven’t really seen any. A playground would be nice. There is drug use on the property. The tenant below me smoked weed and cigarettes in his apartment and the smoke came up through a hole that was cut in the utility closet. Made my entire apartment smell like an ashtray. Informed property manager and she did absolutely nothing. Maintenance was on top of things.

Worst place to live at by far, if you’re a service member I would highly recommend looking for a military friendly complex even if it means living a bit further from post, they don’t work with servicememsbers being deployed even though their serving their country. Rent is also way over priced compared to the mediocre quality you get for these apartments. Residents here pay for a clubhouse( no one uses or wanted) as well as a gym which upped the rent as well. We also pay for a dingy little parking garage gate that is always broken and will still allow intruders to step on the property, they

Just signed up for another year! ! ! Plenty of parking, security, grass and more... new 24/7 accessible secure laundry with many more improvements under way and in the plan. Great staff is always VERY professional, responsive and courteous in all they do from the manager's office to the maintenance truck. THANK YOU Fairway Hills for the nice place to live. ;-)

I have lived at Fairway Hills for about a year now. First off I’ll start by saying that NOTHING in life is perfect.! When I first moved in it was Jan of 2017 and it would be EXTREMELY COLD in my bedroom window. These buildings are older. So believe me when I say I was down in the management office almost everyday, complaining and trying to understand why this was occurring.
The manager of this establishment was very understanding in this matter. Having just moved in, I was worried about my having issues so early on., but since I was not happy, Liz and her staff assured me that no matter what
